TechCrunch has put together a nice list of some of the best online photo editors. These sites’ photo abilities range from the simplest edits, like cropping, rotating, etc., to more advanced Photoshop-like edits.
The main drawback about any of these options is obviously the extra time required to transfer a photo both to and from the website. However, most of these options allow you to transfer your photos directly to Flickr, which can save you some time in the long run.
